Newsletter Service Regulations valid from October 1, 2023
General Provisions
- Development of the Newsletter Service Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") is the fulfillment of the obligation specified in Art. 8 section 1 point 1 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 123, as amended).
- The regulations specify the rules for the provision of the Newsletter service on the website https://assethome.pl/, the administrator of which is - AssetHome Szczecin Wąsik Oleśków Kiermasz spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Szczecin (address: ul. Jana Pawła II 11/3, 70- 415 Szczecin), with a share capital of PLN 30,000, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the DISTRICT COURT FOR THE CITY OF SZCZECIN, COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER under KRS number: 0000717852, NIP number: 8522640300 and REGON number: 369437863 (hereinafter: "Service Provider") electronically (hereinafter: "Service"), activation and deactivation of the Service and the complaint procedure for persons using the Services (hereinafter: "Users" and each individually "User").
- Declaring that you have read the regulations means that the User accepts all provisions of the Regulations.
- The User is prohibited from providing illegal content, in particular providing data of other people without their consent.
Subject of the Service – Newsletter
- The Service Provider provides an electronic service consisting in sending information containing commercial content, in particular regarding the offer of products and services provided, in the form of an electronic letter via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the User (hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter"). The Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period of time, until the User withdraws his consent.
- In order to provide the newsletter sending service, including sending marketing content - the legal basis for processing is the User's consent to receive it (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
- For analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for processing is the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) - consisting in conducting analyzes of Users' activity on the Website in order to improve the functionalities used;
- In order to possibly determine and pursue claims or defend against them - the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Activation and deactivation of the Newsletter Service
1. The Newsletter contains information, promotional or advertising content of the Service Provider. Graphic elements and content of the Newsletter Service are subject to copyright or other rights of the Service Provider or third parties and are subject to legal protection. Any copying, modification and use of them in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose and/or without the consent of the Service Provider may constitute a violation of the law.
2. To activate the Newsletter Service, you must:
· use a device with access to the Internet with an up-to-date version of a web browser installed and properly configured,
· provide your email address in the electronic form available on the Website,
· accept the Regulations and privacy policy by checking the checkboxes next to the messages:
Ÿ I have read and accept the privacy policy .
Ÿ I consent to the processing of my data by AssetHome Szczecin Wąsik Oleśków Kiermasz sp.k. for the "Newsletter" service in the manner described in the Newsletter service regulations .
· have an active email address.
3. The User may deactivate the Newsletter Service at any time, which is tantamount to immediate termination of the Newsletter Service contract.
4. To deactivate the Newsletter Service, click the "Unsubscribe" link in the content (footer) of the Newsletter or by sending an e-mail to the following address: ado@assethome.pl , which should include information on withdrawing consent to further sending the Newsletter.
5. The Newsletter Service may also be deactivated on the Administrator's initiative if the User fails to comply with the obligations required by the Regulations.
6. Upon deactivation of the Newsletter Service, the Service Provider stops sending the Newsletter to the User's email address.
7. The User may re-order the Newsletter Service at any time.
Complaint Procedure
Complaints regarding matters relating to the Service should be submitted in writing to the following address:

The complaint should include:
· contact details of the person submitting the complaint, necessary to send a response to the complaint,
· a description of what the irregularities in the Service were and expectations regarding the resolution.
Complaints will be considered immediately after their receipt by the Service Provider. The Service Provider will immediately notify the complainant about the decision regarding the complaint via the channel through which the complaint was sent.
