1. DEFINITIONS
Administrator – AssetHome Szczecin Wąsik Oleśków Kiermasz limited partnership with its registered office in Szczecin (address: ul. Jana Pawła II 11/3, 70-415 Szczecin), with a share capital of PLN 30,000, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the DISTRICT COURT FOR THE MALL OF SZCZECIN, COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT OF THE NATIONAL COURT REGISTER under KRS number: 0000717852, NIP number: 8522640300 and REGON number: 369437863
Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, the economic, cultural or social identity of the individual;

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

2. DATA PROCESSING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE WEBSITE
In connection with the User's use of the Website https://assethome.pl/, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide the services offered, as well as information about the User's activity on the Website. Your personal data is collected and used only with your consent. The exception to this rule are situations in which prior consent is not possible and data processing is permitted by law.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING ON THE WEBSITE
We collect, process and use your personal data for the following purposes:

Art. 6, par. 1 letter d processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;
Art. 6, par. 1 letter f processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party, except for situations where these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, requiring protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child.
4. PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA
a. Establishing contact
The information you provide to us when contacting us by phone, e-mail or online chat will be stored by us on the basis of Art. 6 pairs 1, letter b or art. 6 pairs 1, letter f GDPR, in order to answer your questions and provide after-sales service. If we obtained your consent to receive commercial content when completing the contact form, your data will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 pairs 1, letter a GDPR.
Each contact will be recorded in a log so that we can prove that the contact took place in accordance with legal requirements.
b. Registration
On our website, we allow you to register by providing personal data in the form of an email address. This data is entered into a data form and transmitted to us and stored by us. Registration is carried out in order to carry out activities aimed at concluding a contract and therefore the basis for them is Art. 6, par. 1, letter b GDPR. We also use your data to maintain our customer records, where only the most relevant data is stored.

Miscellaneous provisions
Based on Article. 6, par. 1, letter c and f GDPR, we use and store your personal data and, where necessary, technical information, in order to prevent misuse of data or other unlawful behavior on our website, or to conduct investigations in such cases, e.g. to ensure data security in the event of attacks on our IT systems. This may be carried out on the basis of orders of public authorities or common courts, if required by law, as well as to protect our rights and interests and to enable us to defend ourselves in court.
5. MARKETING
The Administrator processes Users' personal data in order to carry out marketing activities, which may include:
· displaying marketing content to the User that is not tailored to his preferences (contextual advertising);
· displaying marketing content to the User corresponding to his interests (behavioral advertising);
· sending e-mail and SMS/MMS notifications about interesting offers or content, which in some cases contains commercial information (newsletter);
· conducting other types of activities related to direct marketing of goods and services (sending commercial information by electronic means and telemarketing activities);
a. CONTEXTUAL ADVERTISING
The Administrator processes Users' personal data for marketing purposes in connection with directing contextual advertising to Users (i.e. advertising that is not tailored to the User's preferences). The processing of personal data then takes place in connection with the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
b. NEWSLETTER
The Administrator provides the newsletter service on the terms specified in the regulations to persons who have provided their e-mail address for this purpose. Providing data is required to provide the newsletter service, and failure to provide it results in the inability to send it.
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA:
· in order to provide the newsletter sending service, including sending marketing content - the legal basis for processing is the User's consent to receive it (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
· for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for processing is the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) - consisting in conducting analyzes of Users' activity on the Website in order to improve the functionalities used;
· in order to possibly determine and pursue claims or defend against them - the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

6. SOCIAL NETWORKS
The Administrator processes personal data of Users visiting the Administrator's profiles on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). This data is processed only in connection with maintaining the profile, including to inform Users about the Administrator's activity and promoting various types of events, services and products, as well as to communicate with users via functionalities available on social media. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator for this purpose is the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), which the user expresses by clicking on the logo of a given brand on the website. The website user must be aware that each of these websites is a separate personal data administrator and has its own privacy policy, which the user should read before clicking on the website's logo at the following addresses:

8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PERIOD
The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data is processed for the duration of the service provision or order fulfillment, until:
· in the event of concluding a contract until the expiry of 5 years from the date of its completion or
· 3 years in accordance with Art. 118 CC in the case of claims or
· withdrawal of consent when the legal basis for data processing is the User's consent or
· filing an effective objection to data processing in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
The data processing period may be extended each time when processing is necessary to establish and pursue possible claims or defend against them, and after that time only if and to the extent required by law. After the processing period, the data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
9. USER RIGHTS
The user has the following rights under the GDPR:
• The right to access the content of personal data - in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR
• The right to request rectification of personal data - in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR
• The right to delete data – in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR
• The right to limit processing - in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR
• The right to transfer data - in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR
• The right to object to data processing - in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR

10. DATA RECIPIENTS
In connection with the provision of services, personal data will be disclosed to external entities, in particular suppliers responsible for operating IT systems, entities running customer service centers, entities such as banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting services, and couriers. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information about the User to competent authorities or third parties who request such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
Users' personal data may be transferred to recipients within the group for internal administrative purposes (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
11. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EEA
Transfer of personal data to third countries outside the EEA
Your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. The administrator always operates based on mechanisms ensuring an appropriate level of protection, including: through the use of standard contractual clauses, approved by the European Commission, regarding the transfer of personal data to entities processing personal data based in third countries.
